Welcome.
Meet Rebecca.
The desire to feel seen, heard, and understood is a universal and essential part of human wellness. I listen deeply and try to help people understand, both emotionally and intellectually, the deeper roots of their difficulties, and then reignite their own natural gifts for growth and resilience.
I understand that coming to therapy can be difficult; I provide a warm, compassionate, and empathetic space for our work together. I am relational in my approach; this means I believe that how well I listen and connect with you matters.
I offer safe and supportive psychotherapy for people struggling with anxiety, depression, identity, intimacy, or relationship problems, as well as people who are interested in changing unhealthy patterns through deeper self-knowledge. I use an integrative, whole-person approach, incorporating mind, body & spirit.
I adjust my clinical work based on your individual needs. I utilize a mix of relationship-based therapy strategies including psychodynamic, strengths-based, humanistic and relational perspectives, attachment theory, a Jungian orientation and focus on building mindful awareness. I can also help with psychedelic integration. I look forward to meeting you!
